20160805t1712 (aev): added sample contents to the 3 vCard translations (default, English, Dutch).

20160616t0825 (aev) PublizjrPage.class.php: changed addPageLinks() and addNavMenu(): added check that link array length equals 2. This avoids an issue where empty lines in the links files would generate an error in the output.
20151129t2049 (aev) translations: changed socialsharing and pagecomments to improve compliance with WCAG a11y and update G+ icon.
