By using Publizjr for your own or other party's websites, 
you agree to take responsibility for any damages that usage
may cause. It may perform as described, and it may totally 
fail.

OmegaJunior, hereafter known as the supplier, and A.E.
Veltstra, henceforth known as the author, claim that 
Publizjr works as described on the OmegaJunior Consultancy, but it 
may not work the same way, and even fail completely, in 
different settings. You, the user and / or implementor, 
agree to this risk by downloading and using Publizjr.

In such occasions that Publizjr does fail, the author is 
willing to provide assistance. Contact information is 
available on every page. Assistance is provided at a best-
effort level. If the user requires more or immediate 
assistance, donations are appreciated. Contact the author.

Publizjr is known to work in Apache and NginX web servers 
sporting PHP5 modules, both with and without Varnish cache 
enabled. Some parts require htaccess configuration or 
similar. In case the implementation environment differs, 
Publizjr may fail, and the users agree that the risk is 
theirs.

Some parts of standard Publizjr templates are provided by 
third parties. These include but are not limited to: 
Google Analytics, AddThis social media, the FLV Player, 
and Disqus commenting. Those functionalities are gouverned 
by their own suppliers, warranties, licenses, andsoforth, 
and therefore are excluded from the Publizjr warranty. The 
user agrees not to hold either the supplier or the author 
responsible for failures of those third-party services.

Publizjr creates web mark-up. Current default templates 
strives to create HTML5 mark-up. At the moment of this 
writing, the HTML5 specification is still being written 
and parts of it may change after implementation of Publizjr
. Therefore, the author cannot guarantee standards compli-
ance, nor that generated web pages work as expected in any 
web browser on any device.

This warranty disclaimer holds true for all areas where 
law permits.
