When we went looking for the specs of the new line of computer monitors by Asus, we thought we would find them on their web site. We did... but we had to figure out how to do it ourselves, because Asus failed to inform us. The javascript free among our internet users will find the Asus web site an oasis of calmth.

This new line of computer monitors is said to be the thinnest to date. So let's have a look at the specifications:

Nice and quiet, isn't it? No indication whatsoever that there might be more information available. Perfect way to scare away your customers.
If we go out on a limb and hazard that maybe the web author failed to tell potential customers the page requires javascript, activate javascript and reload the page, all of a sudden we get to see the specifications:

If they don't even take the effort to tell customers how to get to the documentation, what else will they fail to include?
Contacting Asus
We thought we could contact Asus and tell them about the failure we described above. They do have a contact page. Helas, that page is equally empty:

Which means we can't even contact them. A shame, really, since we really were looking forward to those computer monitors. Asus is forcing us to spend our money at a competitor... which deserves them a mention in the category:
"Your Money Isn't Good Enough"
